Changes were made to the club by-laws at the July 2005 meeting.  They are as follows...

Only club officers and pledges are required to attend the monthly meetings.  The exception to this is the October meeting.  Since this is the election of officers, ALL full members are required to attend this meeting, or else notify a current officer.

A new membership catagory was added.  Any full or associate member who has been a member for at least 20 years will be transfered to a Life Member or Life Associate.  These catagories carry all of the same rights and responsibilities as the original membership status, except the member is no longer required to pay annual dues.
